PACT

PACT is an action-oriented organization of individuals and businesses working together to facilitate the retention, expansion, attraction and creation of businesses and jobs to downtown Centerville and throughout Appanoose County. We use many tools to achieve this goal including revolving loan programs, grant programs, maintaining certified sites with rail access, a job board and many others.
