Reach Counseling Services

Who We Are

Reach Counseling is the only agency exclusively providing sexual abuse services in the Fox Valley, and serves a broad and diverse population across Winnebago, Outagamie, and Calumet counties in Wisconsin. Our target audience includes children, adults, and families impacted by sexual violence, with services tailored to meet the unique needs of each survivor—regardless of age, gender, race, or socioeconomic status.

What We Do

Reach Counseling Services aims to heal and prevent sexual violence in the Fox Cities through our four main program areas: Victim Advocacy, Prevention Education, Trauma Counseling, and Sex Offender Treatment. We provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed care with specialized programming for Black and Latina/o/x communities, youth and teens, campus communities, victims of trafficking and exploitation, and incarcerated survivors. A significant number of our clients are low-income or underinsured, often relying on our ability to provide services at low or no cost. In 2025, our Prevention Education team delivered 596 presentations to 8,051 student; Victim advocates served 215 survivors; Therapy team served 507 survivors; and our Sex Offender Treatment program worked with 129 offenders.
