Volunteer: SCEDC's Annual THINK Manufacturing Career ShowcaseOur 11th Annual showcase is a one-day educational, hands-on event for Sandusky County 9th grade students that introduces them to the world of manufacturing and the skills needed to succeed. This event focuses on 6 skill sets: Teamwork, Problem-Solving, Continuous Improvement, Machining/Blueprint Reading, Mechanical & Electrical Trades, and Robotics/Automation. Volunteers Needed: Volunteers are needed to guide students from their bus at the beginning of each session to each station. It's important to keep students engaged and involved in each station's hands-on demonstration to ensure they get the most out of the event. After the session is over, students will be guided back to their buses by the designated volunteer.
