CARRnival for KIDS is another free event Father Carr’s Place 2B launched to unite our community. Its purpose is to bring families together in a safe, friendly environment without the barrier of funds. As a Life Enrichment Center, we want the entire community to enjoy a day at the carnival and focus on being together, rather than the affordability. Our 2023 CARRnival for KIDS was attended by more than 1,900 people of all ages, providing families a day of carnival fun, food and community fellowship. The event brings our current and past residents together with the rest of the community.
CARRnival for KIDS is coming back to Father Carr's Place 2B (FCP2B) for its second year. When we launched the event last year, we were hoping for an attendance of 500 patrons. We were elated when we had over 1900 men, women and children come and enjoy the day. Expectations are that number could jump to 3000 this June. The Oshkosh community and beyond has quickly embraced CARRnival for KIDS.
