What We Do
COTS provides transitional shelter, dignity, and respect to individuals in Outagamie, Calumet, Winnebago, and Green Lake counties. COTS offers a nurturing and secure environment in which the community’s most vulnerable can address the issues that lead them to homelessness.
At COTS, we are committed to empowering our struggling neighbors to overcome the challenges of homelessness by providing a comprehensive, supportive environment that fosters growth, stability, and self-sufficiency. We offer essential resources such as basic needs, intensive case management, and a safe, secure place to call home. Our approach includes accountability through a strong sense of community and tailored living skills education, equipping residents with the tools they need to transform their lives.
