Purpose: Provide a shuttle service, connecting Pillars’ clients with other community resources that require transportation. Lunch Van Drivers shuttle clients from the Resource Center to the Salvation Army for lunch, volunteering from 11:15am - 12:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Pillars’ vehicle to transport clients from the Resource Center (PRC) to the Salvation Army for lunch
- Track the clients that use the lunch van service
- Track mileage and gas usage
- Train new volunteers as they are onboarded
All new volunteers must attend a volunteer orientation session.
