LAKE FOREST: Food Sort & Pack

North Suburban Center

Our Center in Lake Forest is one of four across of our service area and is open to volunteers five shifts each week. We have opportunities for volunteers to sort and pack food, lead teams of volunteers during projects, support our team members with administrative and clerical projects and give back to the community while serving court-mandated service hours.

We also have many ways volunteers can directly support our programs that help our neighbors in need. Volunteers assist with packing and loading grocery orders through our Door Dash program.

There are lots of ways to get involved and make a difference for our neighbors today. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Reminders & Parking Tips

North Suburban Center Location: 13950 W Business Center Dr, Lake Forest, IL 60045

This is located at the intersection of I-94 and Rte. 176, just east of Lambs Farm.

Reminders:

·       Volunteers must wear FULLY ENCLOSED SHOES 

·       Please arrive 15 minutes prior to shift start time – this enables us to start every volunteer on time and maximize our impact

Parking Tips:

·       The NSC parking lot is often completely full – we strongly recommend that groups carpool or get dropped off whenever possible

·       Use the image below to view main and overflow parking

·       Never park in loading docks, on Business Center Drive or Bradley Road, or at nearby Liberty Christian Academy
