- Assist Communications team in creating newsletter template
- Write and aggregate content/articles for monthly newsletter
- Design newsletter each month for distribution
- Attend local events to gather information. Measure and analyze performance to finetune content
- Website
- Write and aggregate content/articles/blog posts for website pages. Experience with Wordpress is a plus.
- Attend local events to gather information
- Update and refresh content as needed
- Photographer/Videographer
- Attend events as a representative of Rooted In to take photos and video
- Share content with communications team for channel use
- Media
- Develop and maintain media kit
- Write press releases
- Identify media opportunities to promote Rooted In, including podcasts, television, newspapers and partner newsletters
- Marketing Materials
- Design marketing materials, including powerpoint presentations, canva designs, flyers and poster
