The Lab - an activity space dedicated to exploring the scientific method, developing children's skills of inquiry, collaboration, and communication by leading them through four different focus areas: Ask, Think, Learn, Share.
During the months of April, May, and June, The Lab will be exploring the question, "Why does my food spoil?" We will explore this question by considering the factors that contribute to food spoilage - moisture, air, and light - as well as barriers that can be help slow or stop the spoiling process.
