The Glass Arts Festival at the Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass

Volunteer Opportunities:
- Greeters: Located at either the front or back entrance to greet any incoming visitors. Hand out event pamphlets. Answer visitor questions. Tally visitors.
- Information Tent Attendant: Help guests and answer questions at our information tent.
- Children's Tent Activity Leaders: Help children make a variety of art projects. Must be comfortable working with kids of all ages and able to multi-task. Clean up and maintain station.
- Raffle Ticket Seller: Assist in selling raffle tickets
- Floaters/Artist Assistant: Attend to artist's needs, which may include booth sitting or assistance with setting up and tearing down. Assistance is other areas of the festival may be assigned.
- Ground Maintenance: Maintain the indoor and outdoor areas of the museum by changing garbages, checking bathrooms, and general cleanliness of all spaces
- Sales Booth Attendant: Assist in the sale of soda, water and t-shirts
- Morning Prep and Clean Up: Help with pre-festival set and organization or areas. Clean up all aspects of the festival at the conclusion. Assist artists and museum staff as needed.
