Who We Are
The mission of the Military Veterans Museum and Education Center is to honor our Nation’s military history through education and preservation.
What We Do
The Military Veterans Museum & Education Center is a family friendly, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, history museum located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin (south of EAA on Poberezny Road) that collects and displays donated military artifacts to educate the public on American military history. We have the largest military vehicle museum in Wisconsin thanks to our new John E. Kuenzl Motor Pool. This includes our Brutus Gun Truck replica and a LCVP Higgins boat!
There is no admission fee to visit the museum but donations are greatly appreciated.
We are open to the public Fri, Sat and Sun from 10 a.m to 5 p.m. year round, except major holidays.
We are also open all week during EAA AirVenture from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We offer private tours for schools, churches, retirement facilities, Boy/Cub/Girl scout troop, other organizations, and various groups. Private tours can be scheduled any day of the week.
