Who We Are

For more than 95 years, Batavia United Way has partnered with our local community to co-create solutions to people's most pressing challenges. We take a comprehensive approach, listening and responding to local needs. With our community partners, Batavia United Way creates pathways to better healthcare, expanded youth opportunities, and financial security building a more resilient community. Together, we are working towards a future where every person in our community can thrive.

What We Do

Batavia United Way supports the health, education, and financial stability of residents of the Batavia community through funding programs and providing direct services. We fund 22 programs in collaboration with local partner agencies. Additionally, we administer many programs benefitting our community, a few include the Success by 6 preschool scholarship program, Batavia's Dolly Parton Imagination Library, The Community Assistance Fund, Snow Angels volunteer snow shoveling program, and Batavia's Adopt-A-Family holiday program.
